§ 35.05 PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL.
   Each and every applicant for employment with the city shall be subject to a physical examination, at the city's expense. Said examination shall be at the city's discretion and shall be performed prior to making any decision regarding whether to employ the subject individual.
