§ 91.13 INTERFERENCE WITH ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be unlawful for any person to break open or assist in breaking open any such pound, or to let out or assist in letting out or in the escape of any animal impounded therein, or to interfere with, obstruct or prevent any officer or agent of the city in the performance of his or her duties under this chapter.
