§ 151.16 APPLICATION FOR LICENSE; CONTENTS.
   An application for such license shall be made to the City Clerk's office. The application shall state the name and address of the owner or manager of the park, location, maximum number of mobile homes to be accommodated, and shall be accompanied by plans of the park, showing all buildings, toilets, baths, wash basin facilities, sinks, water faucets, sewer connections, driveways and other improvements. Such license shall not be issued or renewed until the proposed premises shall be inspected by the Health Officer, and the Chief of Police, and until the character of the applicant has been investigated and found proper.
