Applicants for the demolition of buildings other than one- and two-family dwellings and apartment buildings containing less than five units must submit a notification of demolition and renovation as required by the State Environmental Protective Agency. Applicants shall notify owners and operators of any underground utility facilities of excavation or demolition activities as required by the laws of this state. Applicants shall provide the city with copies of any required notices.
