§ 119.05 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION.
   No person, whether for himself or an agent for another, shall engage in the pursuit of business under this chapter without a current certificate of registration issued under the Retailers Occupation Tax Act or the Service Occupation Tax Act.
