§ 114.21 STOLEN GOODS.

Any junk dealer who shall receive or be in possession of any goods, articles or things which have been lost or stolen, or alleged to have been lost or stolen, shall, upon demand to view and examine the same, produce such goods or articles or things to the Chief of Police or any member of the police force.
