(A) There shall be charged for every license granted to any auctioneer under the provisions of this subchapter:
(1) For one year, $50.
(2) For six months, $35.
(3) For three months, $20.
(4) For one day, $3.
(B) No license shall issue for any term except as above provided, except that a license may be issued for any number of days upon the payment of the sum of $3 for every day such license is desired.
