§ 113.64 ISSUANCE AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.
   The City Clerk shall issue to each proprietor a license hereunder, listing the number and type of machines for which the proprietor is licensed; such license shall be displayed in a conspicuous place on the premises for which it is issued.
