§ 113.60 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   OPERATOR. Any person who sets up for operation by another, or leases or distributes for the purpose of operation by another, any table game for his own use or profit, or owns any table game as herein defined, whether such setting up for operation, leasing or distributing be for a fixed charge or rental or on the basis of a division of the income derived from such table games, or otherwise, or if an owner, whether or not he is entitled to full amount of revenue derived therefrom.
   PROPRIETOR. Any person who is the distributee or lessee of any table game placed in the establishment of such person in or at which such table game is placed for use or play, or in the exhibition for the purpose of use or play, such table game not being owned by such person.
   TABLE GAME. Any device, whether controlled by skill or chance, for the operation of a game, pastime or contest by the manipulation of a marble, sphere, or of objects or figures, or by controlling the movements of the same or setting them in motion by mechanical means. The term TABLE GAME shall include pinball machines.
