§ 33.77 PECUNIARY INTEREST OF MEMBERS OR EMPLOYEES OF THE BOARD; PROHIBITION; DISCLOSURE.
   (A)   Any member of the Emergency Telephone System Board who owns or controls any interest direct or indirect in any property included in the "911 system" or under this section shall disclose the same in writing to the Board and such disclosure shall be entered upon the minute book of the Board.
   (B)   No member of the Board shall vote or act on any project in which said member holds an interest.
   (C)   If the City Council determines that any Board member has acquired an interest that is adverse to the best interests of the city, the City Council may require said member to divest himself of said property or interest, or take what other steps are necessary to assure compliance with this section.
