The Mayor shall appoint two Assistant Local Liquor Control Commissioners to assist the Local Liquor Control Commissioner. The two Assistants shall be the Commissioner of Finance and the Commissioner of Pubic Health and Safety, either of whom shall exercise the duties of Local Liquor Control Commissioner in his absence or at his direction. Each such Assistant shall be entitled to reimbursement for all expenses incurred while exercising the duties of the Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
