§ 112.30 ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY LICENSES; LIMITATION FEE.
   (A)   The Mayor shall have the power to issue temporary licenses for the sale at retail of beer only at any banquet, picnic, fair, game, bazaar or similar assembly. Such temporary permits shall be only issued to a benevolent, charitable, religious or civic organization organized not for pecuniary profit and shall be for a period not to exceed three days.
   (B)   No more than two such temporary permits shall be granted to any such organization in any one period of seven days.
   (C)   Such permit shall not permit the sale of alcoholic liquor in any place where the same is otherwise prohibited by law.
   (D)   The fee shall be $150 for each temporary permit.
