Any license issued under this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Mayor (Local Liquor Control Commissioner) for any one or more of the following reasons:
(A) Violation of the laws of the State of Illinois or of any of the provisions of this chapter;
(B) The making of any false statement as to a material fact in application for a license; or
(C) Permitting any illegal, disorderly or immoral practices upon licensed premises.
