§ 112.16 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF LICENSES.
   The City Council shall have the right and power to limit the number of licenses of each class to be issued within the corporate limits of the city and also may limit the number of each class in any locality or section or portion of the city in accordance with the public interest.
   (A)   The number of Class “A” Retail Licenses, authorized to be issued within the corporate limits of the city shall not exceed 13, with no more than eight of those licenses being located on Main Street.
   (B)   The number of Class “C” Package Licenses, authorized to be issued within the corporate limits of the city shall not exceed six.
   (C)   One Class “F” Outdoor Seasonal Event Retail Liquor Licenses is authorized to be issued by the Liquor Commissioner within the corporate limits of the city and additional licenses may be isued as necessary from time to time by the City Council.
