City officials may enter upon the premises where any licensed or permitted activity is being conducted for the purpose of inspection at any reasonable time. Inspections may include, without limitation, building or maintenance code inspections, and inspection of any license or permit issued by the city or other regulating authority such as the County of LaSalle and/or the State of Illinois.
