§ 97.074 PAYMENT OF FEE REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE BECOMES EFFECTIVE.

Any ordinance providing for the vacation of any street or alley, or part thereof, shall not become effective until the individual or other legal entity requesting such vacation shall pay to the city, the sum of $25, such fee shall be used exclusively for the recording of the ordinance and the plat of survey.
