§ 97.071 VOTES REQUIRED FOR PASSAGE OF ORDINANCE.
   Such ordinance shall be passed by the affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the Commissioners then holding office; such vote shall be taken and entered on the records of the corporate authority.
