§ 97.059 SIDEWALK AND CURB REPLACEMENT PROGRAM.
   (A)   The City Council may from time to time institute a sidewalk and curb replacement program whereby property owners will be reimbursed for the replacement of adjoining sidewalks and/or curbs.
   (B)   The terms, conditions and procedures for any such replacement program shall be approved by a majority of the Council and such terms, conditions and procedures shall be placed on file with the City Clerk.
   (C)   The institution or discontinuance of any such sidewalk and curb replacement program shall be at the discretion of the Council and the cost of said program or any part thereof shall be paid in whole or part by general revenues of the city.
