§ 97.039 CLERK TO NOTIFY COMMISSIONER OF IMPROVEMENTS; RECORDS TO BE KEPT.

It shall be the duty of the City Clerk to notify the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements of all permits issued under this subchapter and to keep a record of all such permits, the date of issue and the date when the work thereon permitted was completed.
