§ 97.038 LICENSED PERSONS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACTS OF AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES.

All licensed plumbers, firms and corporations shall be held responsible for all acts of their agents or employees done by virtue of their permit and if two or more persons shall become partners, a permit shall be issued in the name of the firm.
