§ 97.037 ISSUANCE AND TERM OF PERMIT.
   Upon compliance with the requirements of this subchapter, the Mayor shall issue a permit to such applicant. No such permit shall be granted for a longer period of time than one year or the unexpired portion thereof so that all permits shall expire on the first Monday of May in each year. No permit shall be transferable.
