§ 97.024 VEGETATION OBSTRUCTING VISION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer or permit any shrubs, bushes, or plants, other than trees which are trimmed of low growing branches, to grow to a height in excess of 30 inches on the berm adjoining the property of such person or on the property of such person if the shrubs, bushes, or plants are so located as to interfere with a clear vision for motorists at intersections of streets and alleys.
   (B)   All shrubs, bushes or plants existing in violation of this section are hereby declared to be a nuisance, and it shall be the duty of every person owning or controlling the premises where such nuisance exists to abate the same.
