§ 33.55 COPIES OF ORDINANCES, PLANS AND DATA RELATIVE TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO BE FURNISHED TO COMMISSION.
   The City Clerk shall furnish the combined Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals for its consideration a copy of all ordinances, plans and data relative to public improvements of any nature. The combined Commission and Board may report in relation thereto if it deems a report necessary or advisable, for the consideration of the City Council.
