The provisions contained herein for closing hours of parks and other recreational areas, the use thereof and enforcement shall apply in all parks and other recreational areas under the jurisdiction of the city including, but not limited to, the following locations:
(A) All ball diamonds located on Commercial Street.
(B) Swimming pool located on Commercial Street.
(C) All other recreational facilities of the city located on Commercial Street.
(D) Broadway Park located on Broadway Street.
(E) Lincoln Street Park.
(F) Any and all other city-owned properties designated as parks or recreational areas.
