The seven members of the combined Plan Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals serving as Plan Commission members shall serve terms of office as established by Section 11-13-3 of the Illinois Municipal Code. Plan Commission members not members of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall serve four-year terms appointed following City Council elections. The City Council by proper resolution shall fill all vacancies as they occur.
