§ 94.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF PUBLIC LIBRARY.

There shall be established and maintained in the city a free public library and reading room to be known and called by the name of the “Marseilles Public Library.” The establishing of such public library and reading room shall be in accordance with the provisions of the “Local Library Act,” ILCS Ch. 75, Act 5, Articles 1 through 5.
