(A) The City Clerk shall be responsible for keeping the official record of said hearing.
(B) The official record shall consist of the following:
(3) Proof of notice given by applicant pursuant to Section 39.2(b) of the Act.
(4) Written comments filed by the public and received by the Clerk or postmarked within 30 days of the last public hearing date.
(5) All reports, studies, exhibits or documents allowed into evidence by the Hearing Officer at the public hearing, and related closing and rebuttal statements and comments of participants.
(6) The transcript of the public hearing, and of any meeting of the Hearing Officer and the City Council.
(7) Recommended findings of fact and other recommendations of the Hearing Officer.
(8) The Resolution containing the final decision of the city.
(C) The Clerk shall be responsible for certifying all copies of the record of the public hearing.
