§ 33.25 ESTABLISHMENT; POWERS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

   There is hereby established a Playground and Recreation Board, which Board shall possess all of the powers and be subject to all of the responsibilities under the provisions of Article 11, Division 95 of the Illinois Municipal Code.
