§ 33.10 CREATION; APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS, TERM.

There is hereby created a Band Commission for the city which shall consist of five members. The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor by and with the advice and consent of the City Council. Their term of office shall be for one year or until their successor is duly appointed.
