§ 33.02 DESIGNATION OF MEMBERS.
   The four members of the City Council and the Mayor are hereby designated and appointed members of the Board of Local Improvements of the city. The Council members along with the Mayor shall constitute the Board with the Mayor serving as President of the Board.
