§ 31.18 STREET SUPERVISOR.
   (A)   Creation of office. There is hereby created and established the office of Street Supervisor.
   (B)   Property inventory. The Street Supervisor immediately upon entering upon the duties of his office shall make an inventory of all city property turned over to him by his predecessor, which inventory shall be filed with the City Clerk and made a part of the records of the city. On or before the last meeting in April of each year, a new inventory of all property in his care shall be made by him and filed with the Clerk. The Street Supervisor shall also make an inventory of such city property at any other time, when so directed by the Council or the Commissioner of Streets and Public Improvements.
   (C)   Duties. The Street Supervisor shall be under the direction and supervision of the Commissioner of the Department of Streets and Public Improvements, and shall perform such duties and superintend such work as the Commissioner may direct.
