§ 51.082 COPIES OF PROVISIONS TO BE ON FILE.

A copy of this subchapter, properly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of LaSalle County and shall be deemed notice to all users of the sewerage system of the charges of the system of said city on their properties.
