§ 51.063 INDUSTRIAL WASTES; SPECIAL AGREEMENT.
   No statement contained in this subchapter shall be construed as preventing any special agreement or arrangements between the city and any industrial concern whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be accepted by the city for treatment, subjected to the approval of the State Sanitary Water Board, and subject to payment therefore by the industrial concern; provided such payments are in accordance with all city regulations for User Charge System and Industrial Cost Recovery System. Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the city retains the right to reject industrial wastes in whole or in part, for any reason.
