§ 51.023 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND/OR UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS SMALL HOMES COUNCIL.
   The type, capacities, locations and layout of a private sewage disposal system shall comply with all recommendations of Circular No. N815, Septic Tanks, of the Department of Public Health of the state, and/or Bulletin: Index No. 65, Septic Tank Systems, Circular Series, of the University of Illinois Small Homes Council, whichever is more restrictive.
