§ 51.007 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR PURPOSE OF INSPECTION, OBSERVATION AND TESTING.

All duly authorized employees of the city shall be permitted to enter upon all properties for the purposes of inspecting, observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
