§ 30.19 CAPACITY OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING ROOM.
   The maximum number of persons allowed to occupy the meeting room in which the City Council regularly holds its meetings shall be set at 49. Said maximum number shall be posted on the door to the meeting room and at one place inside the meeting room.
