§ 39.43 EXISTING ETHICS ORDINANCE OR GIFT BAN ORDINANCE.
   This subchapter does not repeal or otherwise amend any other ordinance or provision of the municipal code, which regulates the conduct of city officials and employees. To the extent of any conflict between this subchapter and any other ordinance, then the provisions and this ordinance shall prevail in accordance with the provisions of ILCS Ch. 5, Act 425, § 95.
