§ 39.42 STATE LEGISLATIVE ETHICS COMMISSION, COMPLAINTS.
   All complaints for violations of the Act and this subchapter shall be filed with the State Legislative Ethics Commission (created by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 425, § 45(a)(6) of the Act).
