§ 39.41 ETHICS OFFICER.
   To the extent authorized by law and to the extent required by ILCS Ch. 5, Act 425, § 35, the Mayor is appointed to serve as the “Ethics Officer” of the city. The Ethic's Officer's duties shall be as provided in ILCS Ch. 5, Act 425, § 35.
