(A) Regular meetings. Regular meetings of the City Council of Marseilles, Illinois, shall be held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 209 Lincoln Street, Marseilles, Illinois, at 6:00 p.m. on the first and third Wednesday of each month; provided, that when the first or third Wednesday of any month is a legal holiday, the regular meeting of the Council shall be held at the same time and place on the following Wednesday.
(B) Special meetings. Special meetings may be called from time to time by the Mayor or two Commissioners, upon giving not less than 24 hours notice to all members of the Council. However, if all members of the Council are present at such meeting, no notice of such meeting shall be necessary.
