In the event that neither the owner nor the occupant of the property complies with § 95.73(A) or (B), the Chief of Police shall notify the City Attorney to initiate judicial proceedings in the circuit court of LaSalle County, Illinois, to abate the criminal public nuisance, and to seek the penalties and remedies set forth in § 95.75.
