§ 95.71 PROHIBITION OF CRIMINAL PUBLIC NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.
   No person shall intentionally, knowingly, recklessly or negligently permit any property owned by them or subject to their control within the corporate limits of the city to become, exist as or be used as a criminal public nuisance property.
