§ 95.70 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   Any property at, in, or upon which three or more of the offenses described in the definition of CRIMINAL PUBLIC NUISANCE PROPERTY in § 95.72 have occurred within a one year period is declared to be a public nuisance.
