(A) Executive Orders in furtherance of the public health, safety, and welfare lawfully issued by the Governor of the State of Illinois by the powers vested in Article 5 of the Illinois Constitution and Section 7 of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act (ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, § 7), and consistent with the powers in public health laws, shall be observed and obeyed by the citizens of the City of Marseilles. Executive Orders in furtherance of the public health, safety, and welfare lawfully issued by the Mayor of the City of Marseilles pursuant to the authority vested in the Mayor by ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 11-1-6, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act (ILCS Ch. 20, Act 3305, § 11) and Chapter 38: Civil Defense of the Code of Marseilles, shall be observed and obeyed by the citizens of the City of Marseilles.
(B) Violations of these lawful Executive Orders are hereby declared a public nuisance.
