§ 73.096 SKATEBOARD, MOTORIZED SKATEBOARD, HOVERBOARD OR OTHER FORM OF TRANSPORTATION NIGHTTIME USE.

No skateboard, motorized skateboard, hoverboard or other form of transportation designed for use of children shall not be driven on any city sidewalk during nighttime or any period of darkness when motor vehicles lights would be required.
