§ 73.045 DEFINITION.
   The following definition shall apply to this subchapter as written unless context indicates or requires a different meaning:
   MOTORCYCLE. Any MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLE.
   MOTOR DRIVEN CYCLE. Every motorcycle and every motor scooter with less than 150 cubic centimeter piston displacement including motorized pedalcycles which cannot be classified under this Chapter 73 as a powered bicycle, moped or scooter.
