§ 73.031 RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MOPED OR SCOOTER.

A moped or scooter shall be registered and insured and shall be operated subject to rules for operation of a motorcycle or motor driven cycle and operated only by a person with a valid drivers license and appropriate drivers license classification.
