§ 37.73 EXEMPTIONS.
   The city shall be exempt from the payment of any tax imposed hereby, and said city shall further be exempt from the indirect payment of any such tax by the city to any utility as defined herein, including the payment of any charge to said utilities to cover costs of accounting.
