For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CANNABIS. As used in this code, the term CANNABIS has the same meaning as defined in the Cannabis Control Act, Ch. 720, Act 550, §§ 1 et seq.
DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. As used in this code, the term DRUG PARAPHERNALIA has the same meaning as defined in the Drug Paraphernalia Control Act, Ch. 720, Act 600, §§ 1 et seq.
