§ 95.50 PARTIAL INVALIDITY.

Should any section of this chapter be declared invalid or unconstitutional, or conflict with the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, ILCS Ch. 415, Act 5, §§ 1 et seq., or conflict with any other section of this code, such invalidity shall not affect any other section or provision of this chapter, and shall be in full force and effect.
